The ClubPro application design requirement was to specifically help people in all areas of the Commercial Real Estate business to market their inventory of commercial property assets or find investments for development without the web commercialism so prevalent from today's standard listing services firms. Our market research findings revealed that business people wanted a better user experience, thus our foremost feature is useability, ease of navigation and functionality. Therefore, no banner advertisements, popups, or third party distractions. This is important to professionals with limited time and resources.

The core services offered are Posting and Publishing Properties for sale or lease and 3 types of Search Features. Search capability and the subsequent results are highly dependent on Posting accurate data. So, our user posting input screens flow nicely into the Publishing Preview page insuring the highest quality of listing possible. You may upload as many as 6 photos and 6 documents (downloadable documents to viewers) to give more in-depth details on the property to your prospects.

Built around this core are the peripheral functions. For example, once your property is posted you or a prospect can generate a pdf brochure, another reason why a well done Posting is crucial to your success. A property that is listed or found can be emailed to a 3rd party directly from ClubPro. If you are an investor in search of a specific asset, you can save your search criteria for later use known as Saved Searches. You can re-run the Saved Search at a later date or allow our autosearch to run periodically to locate new listings without your intervention. If autosearch returns a result, it generates a member alert to notify you.

The system is designed to bring people together and this is facilitated through our Member Alerts user screens. If a prospect is interested in your property, they may message you with an alert to make an inquiry or establish contact with you. Since we do not reveal a member's email address and contacts are made through alerts, we do not expect members to receive spam email as a result of using ClubPro unless you deliberately give someone your address.

If you are searching for properties and find some results that meet your criteria, you can save the found listing for later reference without searching for it a 2nd time. Access to saved properties are displayed from "Saved Properties" menu. You may also compare 2 properties found in a search or those you have in your saved properties list. Once again, this is crucial to posting good data when you publish the listing. You want to have every edge possible against competing comparables.

All properties that are posted under your membership are also easily found by selecting "My Properties" from the menu so you can manage the status of the listing.

The only self promoting on the site is for our members in the form of Honoree of the Week. This is to give members an opportunity to expose their business and services to the community. There are 2 forms of membership, Basic and Premium where Basic gives the general public a chance to sample the application and its services. Featured properties are constantly rotated on the home page. Any person may click on the featured property and see the listing with your name and telephone if you are the posting agent. Basic members have limited access to the data on listings returned by a search as we wanted a method to encourage professionals as opposed to hobbists to use the full potential of this application. Basic members however do have the ability to Post Properties with no restrictions.

While there are some other features such as our Google Maps implementation, we are anticipating some additional services and features in the near future.
